Easy to schedule and communicated well, did a great job, answered all my questions, and the service went far above and beyond what others have done in the past. Will be using them again in the future!
EDIT: Used MN Dryer Vent again 8 months later (Jan - Aug) to completely re-route our dryer vent and install a new vent hood. Was able to come next day when I reached out. Same great work, communication, etc. Shows pictures of all work completed and you can really trust things are done right. Got rid of junky builder quality work and our roof vent hood. Even patched my old roof vent and you can't even see where it used to be!

Our dryer vent is on the roof. We reached out MN Dryer Vent for a repair/clean estimate as well as a reroute estimate. We went with rerouting out the side of the house (less than 2 ft). Jason was professional, efficient, and personable. Pricing was reasonable and Jason does quality work. Definitely would recommend and will call him when we're ready for a whole house duct cleaning!

Here is our Cautionary tale. Just moved in to a new home. Despite a very thorough inspection before the sale we discovered the dryer vent, which ran a tortuous path at least 30 feet from the dryer to the outside of the house, was venting lint into the crawl space. The vent itself was so clogged Jason couldn’t run his camera into the vent until he removed much of the lint. He discovered a separation in the venting and ultimately replaced the venting with flexible venting and better tape, cleaned up the mess inside the vent and outside in the crawl space as well as at the dryer connection, and replaced the outside vent cover. It was a difficult space to work in and he brought help. Jason had given us a quote based on the materials and the approximate amount of time he thought it would take to finish the job and he did not add on any unexpected expenses. They worked through lunch without a break. We greatly appreciate Jason’s service. It was a spark away from a disaster.
My experience with Mn Dryer Vent was positive from the beginning when I first spoke to Kelly to make an appointment. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she explained the process to me. Jason was prompt, professional and a perfectionist. My dryer vent is long with many turns and its flexible vent connection was flammable! Wow! That best describes the service Jason provided. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and was able to make sense of a crazy dryer vent situation and remediate it. Seeing what he was dealing with, I was surprised he was able to figure out a solution, but he was able to replace dangerous flexible vent tubing my home builder used with hard wall pipe. A lot of lint had built up and he was able to clean that all out. The dryer works so much better now! Definitely going to be signing up for annual cleaning with these guys, rather than trying to do it on my own.

Jason from MN Dryer vent did a tip top job today and didn't break the bank! Replaced my flexible dryer tubing with galvanized vent pipe. Installed a pest pest free dryer exhaust hood. Neatly sealed it all and checked inside my dryer, too, to make sure all the lint was removed. So glad the flexible hose fire hazard is gone! I highly recommend Jason at MN Dryer Vent!

We had an excellent experience with MN Dryer Vent. We had our chimney inspected and received a report. We used the chimney sweep services and cap inspection too. Jason was very efficient and left everything clean, not only in the chimney, but in the room where our fireplace is too. We also had our dryer vent cleaned and inspected and repaired. We had a section of pipe that was dented in 3 areas so we had him replace it. Our dryer works SO much better now. Due to the lint buildup being removed we are operating now at twice the efficiency as we were before. He arrived on time and was very professional and skilled at his work. Jason did a thorough inspection of the duct work which turned out not to be connected fully to the dryer - which is not good. He replaced a part of the duct that was not up to code and a fire hazard and replaced it so it can be fully accessed and cleaned from the outside vent. I am very happy with the work that he did. We have been dealing with a few different issues at our house lately and have had to have 4 different kinds of service people scheduled, MN Dryer Vents being one of them. Jason was by far the most responsive, showed up on time, exuded the most professionalism, and answered every question I had for him. Our energy company offers a repair service and when the tech came out I couldn't believe it when he said we would need a new dryer. Jason said to wait until he had a chance to check out the dryer vent. Our dryer vent spans from one side of our house to the other, it is not the easiest to clean. Jason got to work right away. He cleaned a lot of lint out of it and showed us with a camera how clean it was when he was finished. The contractor that had remodeled our laundry room had put the wrong kind of dryer vent on the back side of our dryer as well. That had created less airflow to the wall vent because it had to have an s curve in it to fit to the wall. Jason was able to put the correct product in to help get better air flow. I was hesitant in hiring a dryer vent service for the house I just bought in White Bear Lake, as I know so many on social media are scam sites, but I lucked out and had a great experience with MN Dryer Vents.
